What does 'parent free' mean?

Parents never pay anything. They install the app, join their kid's team with a 6-character code, and use every feature without subscription, ad, or upsell.

Do you bill per parent?

No. We bill per team. A 20-player roster with 30 parent accounts costs the same as a 12-player roster with 12 accounts.

What about migration?

Free. We import your existing schedule, roster, and venues from SportsHeadz, RAMP, or TeamSnap (or set up a fresh org via the self-serve wizard). Typically 48 hours.

Annual contract?

Month-to-month. No setup fees for Small or Growing tiers. Association-wide includes a one-time $1,500 white-label setup, refundable within 90 days.

What does the price include?

Everything: schedule + roster + chat + announcements + RSVP + carpool + arena wayfinder + push notifications + documents + split-pay (credit card fees pass-through). White-label included.

Where does the money go?

Team-level split-pay (ice rental, tournaments) goes straight to your association's bank account via a secure payment processor. We never hold or touch funds.
